Always friendly and helpful. Great attitude with people. Junk pickup removal did a great job picking up heavy metal cabinets and shelves. They took a couch as well. A necessary service. I chose Julie, John, and their sons for junk removal because they are a family-owned business that is responsive and provided a clear quote for the work. They showed up with a clean truck and were polite and professional throughout the job. They did a complete and thorough job removing our carpets, washer, and dryer—and even kindly took a few extra bags of items for us. It was clear they take pride in their work and did a great job for us.

First time using the service, this was for a 10x20 storage unit clean out & everything was better than expected. Truck & crew showed up 5 minutes in advance of the time window in branded gear, looking very professional. Recapped the expectations & they went to work immediately. Once finished, they swept the entire area, blew out any remaining dust & made sure I was satisfied with the job. Even though this is a "junk removal" business that can get dirty, the truck was spotless, the crew was dressed professionally & carried themselves very well. I would highly recommend their service to anyone & I will call them again when needed.

John and Julie were awesome!! For a very reasonable cost, they handled everything! They did their absolute best to make our deadline. They were very thorough making sure that they picked up after themselves. My wife and I were so happy with them, we wanted to invite them over for Thanksgiving Dinner. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
