Horrible company they sold us a pool and have had nothing but problems. Ken Jr recommended installer Martinez General Construction & Landscaping was even worse. This company also removes bad reviews, but hopefully this will prevent at least one person from doing business with Florida Concepts pools.
We had our fiberglass pool installed in 2018 and love it!! We had an issue with one of the led lights and Ken personally brought one to our house to replace it. Thank you!
