Flower Mound Public Works Department

I had one sewer issue and the plumber identified that there is something which blocking in the main sewer line. I called Flower mound public works team and they were very fast to response and they found that a tape got ended stuck in the main sewer line (I have no idea how it got there in the first place, may be the construction folks might have dropped it by accident) . They were able to clear it up using water pressure. I want to thank the staff who came very fast and helped in clearing the main sewer line. Thanks a ton again. Thanks Sam

Its probably the best place to live unless you like the color orange. Orange is not allowed for some reason. The home depot sign is a copper color....

John Thomas came out today and fished my neighbors keys out of the sewer. Numerous neighbors tried and failed but he showed up and fished them out in record time. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! We need more people like that on this planet! Thank you,John!

Been trying to get my water meter replaced because it is leaking for 3 days still not done

The lady that answered the phone when I called to ask a question was extremely rude and short with me. Her answer left me with more questions, but I decided to give up instead of continuing the call because of her rudeness.
