I have been using Focus Garage Doors for over 5 years. They are a family owned business with quality service, timely response, and fair pricing.

Provided timely, courtesy, professional service. Technician was friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was done. Also advised of some items on our garage door & openers system that needed to be serviced periodically that could keep the system operating properly, items they could service or I. Who does that? You may call them for only a single repair but when they arrive they address total system operation. They exceeded my expectations. I won't ever call anyone but Focus for garage door service!

I called Focus Garage on yesterday afternoon and 9:00AM I had a whole new spring system in . Mr Joe was so educating on what was going on with my Garage system . Costumer service was so good . Mr Joe is a very nice young man ,if I ever need help again I am calling him for all my Garage repair needs and I told my family member if they need help , I have a great Garage repair service for them to call . Very nice gentleman that came out and helped us. I called and was told it would $150.00, our garage was off track. He told me that if he needed to replace anything like springs it would be $250.00. I wasn't home when he came out and my husband was. Nothing was replaced and it was a 10 minute fix and we were still charged the $250.00.

Joe came out today and was the epitome of what a professional is. He was courteous and well informed. I learned so much from him about garage door openers and doors.I highly recommend Focus!
