I cannot be happier hiring their services. I had a water pipe burst in my bathroom that cause major damage to both the floors at my house. Jack, Alan, Bradon, and Alex were such professionals. They walked me through the whole process. I had a few panic moments and they made me feel comfortable and reassured that everything is going to be ok. They did a fantastic job!! True professionals!

This company did an amazing job! After a miscommunication we had they went above and beyond to make sure my wall was fixed and I was happy. Every crew member I met was extremely polite and kind. They kept the area very clean as they worked and cleaned up daily as well. I would like to especially thank Sam and the guys at the office who really went above and beyond to make it all happen.

Kevin and Peter did an outstanding job of mitigation after our hot water tank pressure relief tank failed resulting in about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of water in our guest room and laundry room. They were thorough and very responsive to our needs. They exhibited tremendous knowledge of the protocols necessary to remove all the moisture from my home. Shout out also to Jack, Michael, Sam and Jason.

We had a sprinkler break on Saturday afternoon in our restaurant and i called Forever Restoration. It was a below zero day as well traffic and 3-6 inches of snow on the ground and the team arrived within a couple hours. They got all the water up as well as sanitized the entire restaurant within a few hours and we were back to normal operations within 24hrs. Very impressed with their team. Communication was impressive as well as they were walking us through the entire process as well stayed in touch through out the stages of sanitation. Jason and Michael thank you for your help and dedication. Thank you to your team as well as if it wasn't for your quick response we would not have been able to get our restaurant open the next day. The mitigation team was amazing. From the moment we called, they arrived in less than an hour and inmediately started taking care of everything. In the middle of such a stressful situation, they truly made us feel suported. They were organized, hardworking and handled everything with such a great attitude from start to finish.
