We had a terrible experience with Foster Well. We called them. They came out to do a bid to drill our well for our new construction home. We liked what we heard, and we decided to go with them. They told us "we'll start first of November". Never showed! When November 1 came and went, we called their office several times over the following weeks wanting an update. The only answer we got from the receptionist was "they're on a job. They have no cell service. I can only leave a message." This is the same response we received each time we called their office. My husband asked the receptionist when they would be coming to drill the well. She said "your name is on the board". Eventually my husband told their office that we would go with someone else if we did not get a call back. Guess what? No

Call Fosters in October of 2020 for a well to be drilled, was told it would be about 6 weeks. Called them several times over the next several months to find out when they were coming and they always had an excuse, drill rig was down, its been bad weather, people quit, ext. Finally at the end of March I told them two weeks or I was going to find someone else. Still no call back. Their mother is the receptionist there and apparently if she doesn't like you then you don't get a well. Recently found out my neighbor had the exact same experience. I don't have time to play these childish games. My neighbor or myself will never recommend Fosters to anyone.

Was quoted $7000.00 and the bill was $9350.00!!! They left their huge trucks without permission on our property for 10 days after the job was completed and would not pay us storage of their vehicles, had to call more than once to get them to remove them!! They never even leveled the ground back, leaving a 3 foot pile of dirt-when they had the equipment to Do so!! However we have Great tasting water!!
