Fountain Square Cleaners

My husband called and asked about getting his leather jacket cleaned. He was curious about the process and price and not only could she not tell us about the process, she told him the price was $15 and when he asked if she was sure, she went to confirm the price with someone else and came back to the phone and said yes! I dropped the jacket off for him to be cleaned, they texted for pickup so I called and they told me the price was $46. My husband called them because they told him $15 and he wanted to know where the difference was and why he was told that TWICE. All they could do was apologize and tell him she must have misunderstood. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle and we will NOT return here for ANY dry cleaning.

Terrible place. Staff does not handle anything correctly. Jeannette is not helpful & never answers the phone. She either takes hours to get back to you or doesn’t at all. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Definitely better with the old management.

Dropped off my winter coat Monday morning and they had it cleaned by the next afternoon. It was really well done and a great price. The employee helping me was also very friendly. Is highly recommend to anyone
