Fox cleaning Service

Leasa left her 17 year old niece who has never professionally cleaned before, to clean my home for a move out clean. Leasa, the owner, said she did a walk through of the home and still left it a mess. There was dirt, dust all over counter and floors. Windows had not been cleaned or dusted, floors were not mopped, under furniture wasn’t cleaned, tubs weren’t cleaned, etc. When I brought my concerns to Leasa (i even sent her pictures) and requested a refund, I never heard from her again. She never even acknowledged the poor work that was done. 275$ of my hard earned money wasted. I would not recommend her to anyone. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Leasa has been cleaning my house for 3 years or so now and does an excellent job! She's trustworthy and I've recommended her to several people who use her.
