Want to give a huge thank you to mike for helping me get my HVAC unit back up running during this extreme heat were having. Came home from a exhausting day working outside to my house being 89 degrees. Gave Mike a call and was over my house in 20 minutes to fix the issue with no hesitation. I highly recommend fox mechanical to anyone who need quick and reliable service that's done with professionalism. Thanks again Mike for coming out quick. They installed central air in one of our rental properties, serviced our AC several times in our personal home. They also installed a new hot water heater in our condo last minute and quoted the lowest price of 3 other vendors. I highly recommend them to my clients, friends, and colleagues!

I would not recommend using Fox Mechanical if you anticipate requiring emergency services as it seems it’s comprised of just one person, not a company with back up availability. The owner was out of town during an emergency situation and offered no recourse while my AC condenser was falling off the side of my house. After multiple days of back and forth calls, no shows, and yelling at me and my husband on the phone (including being called a name that cannot be mentioned on google), he finally showed up after 5 days to at least stabilize the condenser since no other contractor was willing to do so due to the liability of the shoddy work. Very frustrating experience, both from a customer service and emergency services standpoint.
