Franks AC, Heat, & Refrigeration

If I could give them 0 stars than I would. This past June my refrigerator went out. I called my home warranty company and they sent franks ac and refrigeration company out. He came told me what the problem was and took 2 weeks to fix it. Fine not a problem. Ok so last week my heater went out and I called my warranty company. Well they contracted him out to fix it. This man gonna tell me...well I haven't been paid for the refrigerator yet. So you mean to tell me that you just now realize that you never got paid. Now mind you he NEVER SENT IN THE PAPERWORK to my warranty company to even get paid. He kept sending me the invoice. Sir you are supposed to send that to them and let them know what the problem is. So now he is refusing to come fix my heater. Fine not a problem at all. You say you b

I woke up to my heater not working of course on the first day of really cold weather, I called them around 1 and they said they could be here no later then 2 and they showed up by 1:30 I was so happy that they were able to be here that fast being I have a 3 month old. The owner showed up with his grandson and were very polite and respectful even with my dogs. He had to run back to town to get 2 parts to be able to fix my heater and came back at 5 when they could have just called it a day and waited. He said he didn’t want my little one to be cold. We just got hit with 2 hurricanes and he was able to make time in there busy schedule for my last minute repair. I will definitely tell people about them and will definitely be calling them for future repairs. Thank y’all!

If you are looking for an amweosme and super efficient A/C guy, call Mr. Frank at Frank's AC & Refrigeration! He was the only one in this area that made it a point to come out SAME DAY and help fix my elderly moms A/C! He is a real great guy and I highly recommend him!!
