Great place to do business! Whenever I need materials, they have everything in stock, or at the other store in Charleston... if they don't have it, they can get it within a couple days. Every person I've spoken with, or was helped by, when im there, has been very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They also deliver when needed... thats huge! My niece and I just left Fred Biggs electric in Mattoon! We had the same amount of wire we had a week and a half ago and feel as if we have been ripped off! We received $40 for the wire last week and $10 today! When I went back in to ask for my receipt they would not even acknowledge that I was there while the two ladies sitting in the office behind the window stared at me!! Hope this isn't how you treat all your customers! This was ridiculous!! And a waste of our time and gas! If your gonna run a business you better get some people skills!! Thanks Mr. Biggs!!
