Great experience with Jason (my tech) and Jeff (the "parts guy"). I had a major problem with my gas furnace; I knew it when I walked into a very, very cold house. I was fortunate to get an appointment soon after this discovery (within a day). The gas valve and digital panel were done for. Although this was an expensive fix, I received a discount bc I am under contract. Jason did the initial diagnosis accurately due to his 17 yrs of experience. Jeff was great about staying in touch about the parts order. When the parts came in, Jeff called about a 2nd appointment for the install. Well, I lucked out to get Jason again for the next day. Wait! Finally needed to replace our AC and Furnace after 23 years. The three technicians, despite the weather, were pleasant, professional and did great work. And they seemed like they enjoyed their work. We’ve been dealing with Frederick Air for close to 30 years, and they Never disappoint.

The technicians, Justin and Caleb, came out two days before Christmas and did an excellent good job—professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. Frederick Air is the best HVAC company that we've ever used.! They recently installed two new HVAC systems in our home replacing systems that the builder installed over 15 years ago. The administrative staff, the sales consultant and installation teams were first class! The sales consultant (Mike) is a former installer who has the ability to communicate complex HVAC systems in a way that is very understandable allowing us to design a system that suits our family's needs. He gave us confidence that with his help we now have systems that will last many years giving us maximum comfort in our home. The coordination of the sales consultant and the installation team was totally professional. Mike did a complete inspection taking videos of what needed to be done by the installation team.
