My experience with Frederick Brick works could not have been better. From start to finish all the staff were polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike , who wrote up my order went above and beyond to walk me through and educate me on everything that i was purchasing and needed. He even contacted a separate staffer to discuss the need of other products for my project thereby saving me additional expense in not needed material. The delivery was on time , and the delivery staffer was extremely helpful, friendly, and great at making sure nothing went wrong with the delivery, I will be using Frederick brick works for all my future projects and i will be sure to recommend them to anyone that i can going forward. Thank you Frederick Brick works !!!!

Had to change a patio layout and ended up with one extra pallet of pavers of which I was told (when I purchased them) I can return since it is a stock item. They failed to mention a $500 “service fee” on top of the $100 delivery fee for the truck to pick them up. Save yourself my frustration and under order if things may change and only pay the $100 delivery fee for additional product. It would have costed me (after the refund) $56 to return an untouched $560 pallet of pavers. The $500 fee is on the last page of the receipt AFTER you purchase the material, hidden under a special order agreement which I understood to apply to a non-stock item that I ordered. Great outside selection that you can come check out at any time. Since we came during their open hours, a helpful staff member came outside to show us options and send some estimates. It's always nice to support great local businesses like this, especially in these times!
