This is the 2nd time I have called upon Frederick Plumbing with an urgent No-Water situation (2 separate issues in 2 separate houses). Both times, Jim the owner stayed in contact even after hours, worked me right into his schedule quickly, and repaired the problems immediately to restore water fast! He is a sweet older gentleman that works as hard as a young man. He's honest, reasonable, personable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Terrific service from Jim and his team. Same day service for a hot water heater that wasn't working at my daughter's home. Diagnosed and replaced the unit the same day. Always a great experience with them -highly professional, prompt and good pricing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Moved water line for refrigerator and fix shower handle. Prompt response when calling to schedule. Service scheduled next day. Jim was on time and prepared. Jim and his team installed a new furnace with a new high efficiency hot water heater. They were great, fairly priced, and the new system works beautifully. They gave us advice on some different products and some different procedures to do. All of which we agreed and haven't been disappointed. Highly recommend.
