Frederick Septic

Frederick Septic did a fantastic job replacing our entire septic system. Ours was a huge project that took over a week. Daryl and Zeke worked non-stop during very hot temperatures and humidity. They are profession, knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth nice people. We couldn't be happier and will used them if we need them in the future.

I’d highly recommend Frederick Septic Co.! I coordinated a multi-house tank pump with Zeke for myself and neighbors that happened to need the service around the same time as my house. Zeke’s communication throughout the planning process was very good and efficient. During the day of neighborhood service, they showed up on time and knocked out all the jobs in a timely manner to the satisfaction of myself and all my neighbors at a very competitive cost. Zeke and his associate, Travis, were very friendly while performing the service on my house. I will not hesitate to call them again when the service is needed again in a few years.

We bought our house a couple if years ago and didn't know exactly where our septic tank was. These gentlemen patiently located it for us using a sketch that came with our closing documents. The sketch was fairly accurate but they had to clear shrubbery to get to the lid. Some small branch cutting and digging later, the tank was located and then service was complete. Despite having to locate and clear a path, these professionals were in and out in about two hours. 5/5

I had a great experience using Frederick Septic. From making the appointment with Daryl to having Zeke and Travis out to do the work. All aspects of the operation were professional, and all three were knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and personable. The work done was first-rate and I will be happy to utilize Frederick Septic for any/all of my future septic needs.

I am in shock at how unprofessional the owner, Daryl is. His lack of patience and temper upset the buyers of our house and just about delayed our closing. Our situation was challenging, but Daryl yelled at my wife and the buyers agent over the phone over issues that should have been easily resolved. The work they performed on our septic seems ok but they made no effort at all to level/smooth the ground after their digging. Also, the septic lid they installed was cracked... (resulting in one of the yelling episodes). Our Real Estate agents ended up paying for a new lid at their expense since Daryl had no intention of doing so. He is probably technically competent but the unprofessionalism is so bad I cannot rate them low enough. I should also mention that one of the Real Estate agents inv
