I hired this family-owned business for a carpet installation, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While they advertise a 10-year warranty, no formal documentation was ever provided outlining the terms or coverage of this warranty. I initially met with Brian for the assessment and estimate. In hindsight, this was a poor decision. Approximately two years after the installation, I began noticing visible marks and wear, which I believe were due to improper installation. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the customer service—particularly from Brian—was unhelpful and confrontational. Frederick Tile provided exceptional support to Spectrum Carpet Cleaning during a challenging situation. We were tasked with cleaning tile for customer who had a house build by a prominent local builder, who unfortunately had used a subpar installer, resulting in uneven grout behind the tile. While cleaning a tile on a ledge, it cracked, leading to an unhappy homeowner. Although the issue was not caused by our cleaning process, the tile had been out of production for several years. Fortunately, Frederick Tile's extensive inventory of new old stock allowed them to provide us with matching tiles free of charge, enabling us to complete the repair and continue with our work. Their prompt assistance and professionalism were invaluable in resolving the issue.

Frederick Tile did an excellent job on my backsplash. They were prompt, accommodating, helpful, communicative, professional and the work was top notch. I was really impressed!
