Maria went the extra mile to identify and record my concerns in detail. The AC technician was on time, was very cordial and anxious to begin the job and provide quality service. What stood out in particular is his ability to clearly detail and describe every section of my equipment. With photographs, he gave me the assurances I need to justify the charges. And, he made sure to remind me that the AC was still under warranty and that the parts would be free, but that I would have to pay for labor. Honesty and integrity on display! The gentleman that checked the system was polite, friendly and very thorough. He explained things in good detail to make it understandable. Because the repair/replacement is a sizable amount of money, my family has advised me to get two more quotes before making a final decision.

This is coming from someone who owns and operates a business, this is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, punctual company I've ever dealt with in my area. Not only will they be getting my business from here on out but I will definitely be referring them to all of my customers as well. 3 separate companies told me I'd need to replace my unit with estimates ranging from $7500-$11,000. Freedom just fixed my entire issue for $280 as well as provided me with a quote for future repairs or maintenance. The only upset I have is not calling them sooner than I did. Lesson learned and money well spent!

Freedom has been fantastic! Had a whole new system installed from them last year (great job on that too!). Ready for a maintenance check up today. From scheduling an appt to the actual service call, this team is awesome! Blake was my service tech today, he was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the system. He took the time to check each piece, explain what he was working on, and even saved my capacitor from a lizard about to make trouble.
