Futrell Lawn and Landscaping

I contacted him to come do my lawn and trim some bushes for me. He had to cancel the first time due to the rain which is understandable. We rescheduled and I needed it done as family was coming into town and I have a newborn baby and am unable to do it. My husband is active duty military and it’s hard for him to get it done as he works so much. I contacted this man the day before our scheduled day and didn’t hear from him. I messaged him the morning of our appointment and he never texted back. I called twice and the voicemail was full. I sent 3 more messages with no reply. The day came and went and I never heard and he never showed . To this day he has still not reached out to me to explain… I am highly upset with this person as I could have contacted another company and ended up not getti
