Just had my new fence installed yesterday. The actual install was great the guys installed it in one day and it looks great. However the communication was not great leading up to the install date. Being in construction myself I understand every one is busy, just reach out and be honest when you can come for the install. Other than that I would recommend them for your fencing needs. We got a quote from the owner of this company to redo our fence. It was a great price and we wanted to move forward. I tried several times contacting the owner, with whom I had been speaking with via text and phone but he didn’t answer. He eventually texted back saying he was in the hospital so I waited a week before reaching back out. I called the company and was connected with a guy named Ramirez. I literally called him every day to finalize the contract and get the last details ironed out. He promised to send paperwork and final quotes but never did what he said. Then on the 4th day of me following up, he tells me he can’t do the job. What a mess of a company. I feel badly that the owner was sick but the people in charge need a lesson or two on how to run a reputable business. Don’t was

I contacted this company on June 5th and scheduled an appointment for June 6th at 10am. On June 6th, no one called or came to my house. I contacted the company and spoke with the owner. He stated "he double booked appointments and forgot but would stop by the house and give me a quote later that day". Today is June 11th at 5:50pm. No call, no apology. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time.
