If I could give zero stars, I would. I am here from out of town to give a homeless person a home, installing a mini split I brought with me. I called ahead to see if they had a mini split line set cover. They said they did. Yet, when I walked in, both counter agents said, no, what they have is two different brands of mini split covers and they aren't interchangeable. They didn't even know what brand I had. They wouldn't even show me what they have because I bought my unit at Home Depot back in Tennessee They also wouldn't even help me with a basic collar for running connections through a wall. You can't tell me they don't carry anything like that.

Great, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They keep the most stock of anyone in town. Also the only supply house in town that’s open on weekends in the winter. They’ve gotten me out of a pinch more times than I can count.

I called The Pittsfield Massachusetts store as I Needed a part for my boiler. The genius on the phone seemed Confused and really did not want to look up the part number. So I ordered one from Amazon.- installed works great.. Few days later I called back to the store as I wanted to keep a spare part on hand. -this time I was told They “only sell stuff to licensed technician” ?? So I ordered 2nd one from Amazon. I would like to support the local Business, because this depressed area really need some help, but this guy did not even seem he wanted to work . No I did not get his name.//I don’t get it.

I was happy. They were. And they are busy. I was glad i went there. Great job when it comes to customer service 👏 and really amazing hard to find today.

Website says webb in Pittsfield is open Saturday. Drove 3 hrs so I could fix my burner and guess what... they're closed.. fix it
