I reached out to FWR with some questions about a structural situation in my home that concerned me…. They took my call and spent a decent amount of time looking over the situation. Carter came to our house pretty quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate of the work and how it would be done. Then the crew came by at the time arranged and did a fantastic job that completely fixed the structural issue and left us feeling much safer and happier with the outcome. They were prompt, professional, knew their stuff and did a fantastic 5* job leaving the place clean and tidy. Overall I’d thoroughly recommend them.

We called FWR for help with water damage to our basement. We were first concerned as to whether or not insurance would cover the damage and their work. FWR's manager pointed out the relevant part of my insurance policy, explained how the claim process works and then performed the work in advance with out payment. As they promised, my insurance company covered everything. FWR did great work and their support through the claim process was invaluable. A+ work from FWR.
