Reasonably easy to access if shopping and dining in Northern part of downtown Bethesda. Best to use the Park Mobile app.

I had to go get coins to be able to park here...didn't want to download an app. From County Website: this parking garage Rates effective on or about July 5, 2017: $1.25 per hour Hours Requiring Payment: Mon-Fri, 7 am - 10 pm

Garage is too small, parking is a major problem in this area, and there is no mass transit solution. The traffic frequently goes through the entire garage without finding a spot, and it is amazing that there are not multiple collisions during peak periods. Personally, I never have enough quarters, and the park by phone apps are mediocre.

DO NOT park here!! This deck is a scam for first time visitors to Bethesda. You will be charged $45 if you exceed 2 hours by police officer in Montgomery county and can only appeal by court, as if it was a moving violation. Park anywhere else or don’t go to Bethesda, which is my plan.

It's a garage, not much more to be said. Still uses coin meters, but also accepts payment via webpage, or app.
