Everything was PERFECT! Initial communication and scheduling may be the best experience I've ever had. Patrick, the Technician, a very nice and competent young man texted confirning the appointment and when he was on his way. When he arrived we discussed and looked at the repairs needed. Prices were competitive I believe. The repairs were completed in less than 90 minutes. Payment and receipt process was simple. PERFECT service repair experience. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Scheduling, communication, update from driver/technician. Alex installed my equipment, he is SUPERB!! I can only say excellent things about him. He was timely, efficient, tidy. Most important he was knowledgeable about the current equipment I had, he explained my repair or replacement options and I did not feel in the least bit pressured. I had a new garage door opener/ springs/new motor everything installed same day in about an hour’s time. Had a great experience with this company! I needed a torsion spring replaced on my two-car garage door, and they were able to come out the same day. They arrived on time, completed the job in under an hour, and even lubricated the door as part of the service. Everything was done professionally, and the price was very reasonable.
