Very disappointing experience. The garage door spring installed by Garage Door Pros failed after roughly one-third of its expected lifespan. When I contacted them, they claimed they had lost all records and warranty information for the work performed at my address. The follow-up visit was worse. When I asked a basic question about spring options, the technician showed zero interest in helping and reduced the explanation to: “Only good American springs or cheap China springs.” No specs, no cycle ratings, no real explanation—just dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, their pricing was roughly double what competitors quoted for equivalent or better work.
