Someone labeled it Hilton, even though it is not a hilton garage. This garage is not owned or seviced by hilton. The hotel has valet parking for the same price, and you get to go in and out as many times as you need. I wouod not recommend parking here if you are staying at the hotel next door.

Parking here is more than Hilton valet parking rates and it is unsafe for your car. I had my car broken into while parked here and there is nobody available to plead your case whatsoever. The parking attendant here is probably in on the thefts. Use Hilton valet or park elsewhere but here. This lot is not owned or operated by Hilton Pasadena.

Awful garage. Awful management. They start using leaf blowers the first thing in the morning, blowing dust from one corner to another with absolutely zero regard to people around them.

Total scam if you are staying at the hotel. Its the same price as valet and you can't access the parking lot after a certain time even if you bought 24 hour access. No elevators.

It’s a scam, Hilton valet parking is cheaper than this third party self parking. $25 vs $23 as of today, using metropolis.
