I can't begin to express how thankful I am for Joel at Garland Mechanical! After having a (well-known in the Detroit area) HVAC contractor inspect my furnace and air conditioner, I was left uneasy. I called Garland, talked to Joel, and asked him to come out for a second opinion and was able to sigh a breath of relief as he looked over my equipment. After pointing out a few, easily fixable deficiencies in my current setup and performing some maintenance, I now have a system that I can depend upon to heat and cool, rather than a bill for an entirely new system "just because", like the other guys had planned. Had a minisplit system installed in our renovation back in December 2018. Everything's working great but just experienced a small condensation drip. Joel came out the same day and took great care to alleviate this very small problem. Always good to know that great service extends beyond the installation!
