Garver Construction was recommended to me by patient of my wife’s! I wanted a detached garage built! From the very beginning Garver Construction saw my vision! They were great to work with, communication was the key! Seth, the owner, was helpful with suggestions and options. Could not be more pleased!

Seth Garver built me a two-car detached garage. The work quality was excellent, and I am a picky person. He kept all his promises and kept to schedule. He is well-organized, uses experienced, professional subcontractors, and managed a smoothly-running build. I would not hesitate to use him again, and am recommending him to others.

I had an existing deck expanded. The work was completed in a timely manner as promised. The woman and men on the crew were hard working and did a really nice job. I love my new, bigger deck. I would recommend Linda and Seth Garver to anyone needing a home construction job done.

Seth and his team added a screened in porch to our room that is well built and gorgeous. We get a lot of compliments on the design and workmanship. Highly recommend working with them!
