We own two properties, one we live in. We had new HVAC systems installed in both homes. Jesse was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed and gave us bids for each home with different levels of pricing options. We also got bids from two other companies and Gary Frank was within their range. Jesse spent a lot of time answering our questions, reviewing options, and explaining technology even before we committed to using their company. I felt very knowledgeable after my discussions with him, in addition to doing my own research. Jesse also was on site for the installation, overseeing all the work, which we appreciated. What set Gary Frank HVAC apart right away was their customer service. Because it made sense to replace my entire HVAC system, their representative, Nick, sat down with me, walked through the proposal in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. That level of clarity and follow-through continued throughout the project. After the full HVAC system replacement, the improvement has been significant, with more even heating and cooling between floors, excellent humidity control, and easy control of the system via an app. They were also the only company I spoke with that knew how to process the complex Pepco rebates and tax credits available for high efficiency systems at the time, which saved me thousands. I had my entire HVAC system replaced last week. The old system was 25 year old Carrier and the new system is also Carrier. I have nothing but the highest praise for the crew who came and installed it over one and half day. They were punctual, gentle, kind without blaring music playing. In particular, Mr. Guy P., who started from the first estimates and oversaw his crew, was really competent, kind and patient. If you ever use this company, insist on getting him for your project.

No one ever calls an HVAC contractor because they like opening their checkbook. I’ve had occasion to use a number of local HVAC contractors over the years but I’ve used Gary P Frank to install a new zone of air conditioning, and recently repair another zone that had been installed by another company years ago. I’ve worked both times with their tech “Nick”. Nick has been the epitome of professional, explaining everything like I’m 5, taking his time to give me all the options, including ones that are the least cost. Once onsite, they are polite, efficient and leave the site as clean as they found it. Full disclosure, they aren’t the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but are responsive and professional.
