I have used Gene Hardy Flooring for many years. Started way back in 1999 and still use them today in 2025! This company never ceases to amaze me. They treat you like family. They just put in a new backsplash in my kitchen and I also got new tile in one of my living rooms. This company is 5 ⭐️ in my opinion. Very very professional and the owner…Gene followed up by calling and showing up at my house after the job was completed. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. Amazing man! So happy with all the work Gene Hardy Flooring has done for me. This is a business that truly goes above and beyond for its customers. I had a tight budget and Gene helped me actually spend less than what was expected. My backsplash looks wonderful it was just what my kitchen needed. My bathroom has been completely renovated and made to feel like a spa. I’ll be doing my kitchen floor next and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I couldn't be happier with the experiences I have had with Gene Hardy Flooring in West Bridgewater. A few years ago they replaced the carpet in my master bedroom and installed new vinyl in the bath. They made great recommendations at great pricing. The entire process from selection, measure to install was effortless. More recently I had the spare bedroom carpets replaced with hardwood. Again Gene Hardy Flooring did an exceptional job! They were helpful and had great patience helping me select just the right product. The transition from the old hardwood to the new hardwood couldn't be better! I couldn't be happier!

My cat claimed my stair runner as a scratching post and eventually destroyed the bottom step. I was able to find a reasonable replacement at Gene Hardy flooring. Gene offered significant insight as to what would be an appropriate carpet type and was sympathetic to keeping cost minimal since the cat is still lurking about. The carpet was ordered immediately, ready in 2 weeks, and installed in under 2 hrs. Carlos & Oliver did a great job!
