We were having issues with our garage door getting stuck and not closing unless we shut it manually. Another company had told us we needed a completely new system and quoted us $2,104. Thankfully we called Generations Doors and Docks. They were happy to come out and were even able to come a week earlier than expected, which was a great surprise! When they arrived, they quickly serviced the door and had it working perfectly again within minutes. They did an excellent job, the door works like new! Absolutely wonderful customer service and honest work. Highly recommend!! Go with Generations Doors and Docks, you wont find anyone better!

Generations Doors & Docks, Inc. is a fantastic local company. They came out to diagnose issues with my automatic LiftMaster gate opener and were prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to provide detailed information about my gate that I couldn’t find anywhere online, which was incredibly helpful. It’s clear they really know their stuff and take pride in helping their customers. 10 out of 10 stars — it doesn’t get better than this, folks. Highly recommend!

Had an outstanding first experience with Generation D&D. DJ arrived on the same day we called, and expertly assessed the issue with our door. A spring needed to be ordered, which would not be available until the next day. DJ clamped the spring so the door would function temporarily; something none of the door companies we've worked with in the past have ever even offered! The very next morning a technician arrived *when they said they would* and replaced the springs, cables, and rollers. Price was reasonable, and the door has never operated more smoothly. Highly recommend this company for any commercial door needs you may have.

I called Generations when our garage door spring broke after seeing them recommended in my neighborhood FB group. They were WONDERFUL. They got us on the schedule quickly, the techs were friendly and did quality work, and they charged me just over half of what other companies I’ve previously reviewed had quoted...that would normally make me nervous, but this was several months ago and everything is still great and I’ve had several friends use them since with the same results.
