Our old chairs and rugs have been at the mercy of our kids and young dogs and my many failed attempts to spot clean. Derrick and the office staff were wonderful - kind, honest, & prompt. The end-to-end service was seamless and as expected. Totally worth the effort to maintain what we have. I highly recommend this company for your home/business. *UPDATE & Additional Note - It did not occur to me that the cleaning solution would have a smell. It was not bad, just very strong, like a car air freshener. It DID dissipate after a few days but for those sensitive to odors, see if they have a scent free product or plan to do this right before travel plans.

Genesis Floor Care did an absolutely amazing job on my carpets! The technician arrived clean, neat, and with a great attitude from the moment he walked in. He was professional, on time, and very thorough. He even helped move furniture and got down on his knees to work on those tough spots I thought would never come out. My carpets look brand new—fresh, clean, and completely revived. The level of detail and care he put into the job truly exceeded my expectations. Derrick was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was thorough and pleasant. The area rugs, carpets and barstools look great and smell like a garden. The scented cleaner was a surprise, but I've enjoyed the scent along with fresh and clean rugs.
