This was our first time hiring professional movers, and Gentle Giant made it an extremely pleasant and efficient experience. Every step from requesting an estimate and confirming service to the actual move was very streamlined. The crew did an amazing job - very professional and efficient, and maintained clear communication throughout. We were concerned about moving out belongings into a house with 2 flights of stairs, but they made it work. Highly recommend!

I appreciated how intentional they were with all of their planning. The perfect balance of careful and efficient. And they were also so sweet with my nervous pup!

We bought a steel spiral staircase and had to move it from the architectural salvage shop to our backyard. Not only was it extremely heavy, but also required corkscrewing it through a pinch point. Out of the dozen companies I called, Gentle Giant was one of two that said they could do it. They were also the more affordable of the two. The team was timely, efficient and simply awesome to work with. We appreciate the care they took moving such an awkward and heavy item. We highly recommend!
