I had two hairline foundation cracks (one under daylight basement window and one next to window where two panels met) on my home that was built in 2015. Someone at my work used Georgetown Waterproofing and highly recommended them, including my neighbor. I gave them a call and Parker was great. Sent him pictures over text and he was able to guide me on how to start drying out the little water that started to collect against my interior baseboard in the basement (finished basement) and put me on the schedule when the weather permitted. Used floor fan and dehumidifier for several days to be safe and to start the drying process. Luckily I caught it very early. I had a small crack in my foundation, and was recommended to Georgetown Waterproofing for repairs. Parker came out to inspect and put together some options for me. He was a great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. I got the crack filled and the exterior wall sealed with NovoLink and covered with drain board. Overall it was a great experience, Parker and the team were great to work with and I feel confident with the repairs. The costs were also very fair, not exuberant like some waterproofing companies. Would recommend!
