Very disappointed with this company. We reached out several times because we knew our lawn didn’t look right and were given excuse after excuse about why it looked this way. We were told we didn’t give it enough time and that all new lawns look like this. Would recommend a different service, as we spent over $1,000 for a new lawn that we are less than satisfied with. -Natasha Allan

Not impressed with the work they do... Office doesn't seem to be organized and they seem to think that customers are going to wait for them while they are on vacation so it's basically like you have one person that you have support from and if they are gone you are screwed they treat it like business like they are a subcontractor and not a contractor if their own. Not impressed with the service or the work they do at all only gave them 2 stars because they do typically answer when you contact them but nothing gets done from them taking your call.

We used Greenleaf this winter for plow service. After the second snow fall of the year, half of our driveway was not plowed. We called and were notified that they could not plow half of the driveway due to the incline. We asked to get money back. We were told in December that they would look into the matter, however they never followed up. We then reached out again a month later, in January, and were told the same thing. After no response again, we attempted to call several times in February. The phone calls were never answered, so a voicemail was left. We never heard back from that voicemail. We paid a lot of money for poor customer service and half of our driveway to be plowed…

As the manager of a very large storage facility, I am very impressed with the services we receive from Greenleaf! The parking lot at my facility is a nightmare to plow and it always looks great after they're done! The lot is always clear before the office opens and they put the extra effort in to clear walk-ways by the office and gates.

Great company and great work. Took care of all my landscaping and lawn needs. Highly recommend them hands down the best in the area!
