While the sales manager with whom I worked (Bill) lacked some professionalism (e.g., 30+ minutes late for our scheduled pre-sale meeting, a no-show on a post-installation meeting, very little communication on the installation schedule), the installation and service crew were excellent. So, sales aside, I'm very happy with my new sprinkler system and the service provided by West Michigan Sprinkling. In terms of the installation, a shout out goes to Brad (installation manager) and Rich (the crew leader for my installation) for their excellent work and patience answering my questions, since I've never owned or installed a sprinkler system prior to this. Cody winterized my sprinkler system today. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I have several zones and a pump that pulls water from the lake. He went through all zones twice, until he could see that it was clear. I can highly recommend them and Cody.

The first guy that came out was unsupervised and didn't clearly hear what I requested of him, after calling the office they sent another more experienced guy that was amazing. My only advice is please make sure your guys completely understand the work they are too perform. Thank you.

Nick has been my trusted and reliable maintenance guy for my sprinkling system for a couple years now. He is amazing! Last year he went above and beyond when my system was having a hiccup.
