When something big goes out like an AC unit, I like to have at least two techs come look for service and to receive more than one quote for replacement. I had Gibby's and Trinity come out. Both were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I choose Gibby's because I had to pay out of pocket and they were very reasonable with the price.
