Specifically, I worked directly with Betty for administrative support, Kwynn for project management, and Alan as the lead tradesman on site as well as meeting Tyler and Dave who work with this Giertsen team as well. I found Giertsen professional, hard working, and most importantly, affectual and engaged in making this project a success so that the Starr family could get moved in before the holidays. They were very quick to respond to the initial incidents and any issues that came up during the remediation and restoration processes. It was great having them as the general contractor so I only had one person to call. I highly recommend Giertsen should you ever need their services!

Giertsen rebuilt my parents' home after an electrical fire, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. While they rushed the process, the end result is unacceptable. They chose the cheapest materials possible—ugly baseboards, flimsy door trim, and all veneer finishes. The doors are hollow and of inferior quality, making the house look worse than before. The windows were installed too low, the bathroom tiles don’t line up, and one room was unjustly shrunk by three feet. To top it off, in 2013, they had the audacity to install a kitchen that looks like a relic from the 1990s—it's truly appalling. I had an excellent experience with the Giertsen Company for hail damage that occurred at my home. I had hail damage to my roof, gutters, deck and wood fence. Kwynn from Giertsen took care of me and the entire project without issue. Process was seamless and workers were professional and very clean. I would highly recommend Giertsen Company!!! I will definitely look their way for any issue I have.
