If I could give zero stars, I would. Tony, the employee I spoke with, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited an entire week with no clear update on when my door would be installed—even though he had the work order for a full week. He told me the installation would be done on Thursday (yesterday or Friday (today), but I never heard anything else from him. This morning, I called to get an update on whether he would still be coming out today since he didn’t show up yesterday. He told me it was going to rain at noon and that he could come sometime next week. I then informed him that I no longer needed the service and would have another company do the job, as I have to go out of town next week. I also told him I would let my landlord know.
