Amazing handcrafted rugs. Though these were a bit out of my price range. They also had machine made rugs which were awesome, felt great, huge variety of styles and textures, so I could find the one that felt the most comfy, and would stylistically fit in my space. The owner was very accommodating, spoke to me on the phone first to make sure I understood all their options. Like FREE DELIVERY and installation in my home. Incredible.

I couldn't be more delighted with the service, quality and professionalism. I had several old rugs, both large and small, cleaned and repaired. They were very dirty and damaged, and now they look brand new. The repairs are truly invisible, even a large old repair that I expected to still be able to see is very hard to find. The color matching is superb. I also had a rug prepared for storage and they did a great job. The rugs had a lot of moth and wear damage and are unrecognizable, they look so beautiful. Sam is remarkably knowledgeable and helpful. The workmanship in the repairs is exceptional. I'm so glad to have chosen Global Rug Specialist.

I have used their rug cleaning services a number of times and they are fantastic. I have several valuable rugs that they have taken such good care of both in cleaning and repairing.

The staff and management are experts at repairing all kinds of rugs and utmost professionals when it comes to customer service. Our cat had his way with our rug and tore a piece out. Global Rug Specialists repaired it and cleaned it and removed the urine stains. It now looks great again. I would go to them again if I need their services.

They cleaned my rug and hand-tied some of the knotted fringe needing repair. The rug now looks great. I also bought a pad from them. The owner told me some information about my rug (from Nepal) which I did not know. A friendly and helpful place - I would use them again
