They showed up on time as scheduled. The radon pipe had to be relocated and I also had a new sump pump and fan installed. All work was completed in a few hours with minimal noise. I highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give six stars! My experience with GMD was all that I could have wished for. They got here when they said they would for the quote and when it came time to do the work. Every question I could think of was thoughtfully answered. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The entire time I interacted with John and the team I felt like I was working with friends and not a vendor. The work was stellar and I'm picky about how things are done around my house. The team is clean and left the area nicer than they found it. The radon reading decreased by almost 75%. All my experiences should be so positive and so smooth!

Selected 3 top-rated firms to get a quote on radon remediation. This is the only one that came out to take a look. The other two asked for photos and provided quotes. What concerned me about the remote approach was that their quotes would not be accurate. Mike came out, did accurate measurement, and provided recommendation, including sealing the gap around the edge of the basement (which the other two firms did not suggest and turned out to be critical for the remediation). The job was well done, very neat, thoughtful, and detailed. I am really happy about the outcome.
