Go Green Landscape Supply

Ordered Compost and Loam blend. The driver was nice and put it where I wanted it. However, upon initial inspection there were a lot of sticks, mulch, and rocks. When I put it into a spreader which screens it, I found it to be about half sticks rock and mulch.

What an unorganized disaster of a yard. Apparently small dump trailers behind pickup trucks aren't allowed at all, even though the semi and end dump twice as long just got loaded out prior to me. "We can't have those here, those aren't allowed" the office person told me in reference to my trailer as she was trying to get me to leave. (As another customer was also getting loaded with a trailer in tow too at the time, no signs or anything prohibiting). The loader operators then give you a guesstimate when loading your material quantity with their 3-yard bucket, I suppose swapping for the 1-yard bucket sitting right next to the pile is too much of a 30-second hassle for them. I probably got 1.5yds after paying for 2 yards.

Phone representative sounds miserable.. not at all customer service minded, and isn’t very knowledgeable about a lot of the company services and products. Speaking of the products- their loam blend is mostly sticks and rocks. Bad quality, waste of money.

Unorganized disaster. Smells bad, place looks like a grenade went off, never went over so many woops in the ground just to dump dirt. Thought I was on my quad. Rude people, got turned away for dumping perfectly good dirt because the loader is lazy. Surprisingly they get away with what they do so close to the water.

Good product, but sadly, the phone rep really needs to work on customer service skills. She sounded like she could not care less about what I needed, and could not be bothered to help. No 'good afternoon'...no 'can i help you?'...no 'let me see if I can help'...nothing even close. Instead I got 'What's your name?' and "I don't keep records'. We had just ordered last week and wanted to get six more yards of the same mulch...what a hardship. Okay then, it's not like this is the only landscape supply place on the south shore...I'll shop elsewhere.
