I have now bought 2 homes from Gold Key Development. One in Cypress in 2004 and one in Bellflower in 2008. The great thing about buying homes from this company is they build a product that would almost make you think was custom high end home. The quality of materials they use and the design team is 2nd to none. You can tell they have spent a lot of time on the functionality of the floor plans and with a positive flow of the floor plan. Once you buy one of their homes, their team is very responsive to any questions or issues that come up after you move in. So you feel very comfortable knowing that they build a quality product and more importantly they stand behind their product with integrity!
