We built a new home soup to nuts with Golden Rule. These guys know what they are doing. They helped us design the house, choose the finishes and completely execute the build. The team (especially Dennis and Roger) were great with attention to detail, really easy to work with, and kept their word. They stayed within the original price and schedule. I would work with them again!

We had been researching and planning our new kitchen, butler's pantry, and powder room for over a year. We interviewed 4 companies prior to choosing Golden Rule Builders. We selected GRB due to their ability to articulate their process and clear pricing methodologies. Nothing was vague. This project was everything we had hoped for and we are indebted to Tom Hambleton (Project Manager) and his team (Eddie and Mitch). They focused on every detail as if it were a fine art project. We were looking for a good quality contractor to help us with our remodel and Golden Rule Builders was the answer. First of all, Jeff Nolte came out and listened to our vision and his team came up with a plan. Cindy helped with designing and helping with selections and showed us what we can do. Production started on time and finished within the timeline. Our Lead was Matt McCarthy and he really made the process bearable. He listened to us and made changes as necessary. His assistant was John Mullins. He was professional and explained what was going on. Bottom line is that they exceeded our expectations. The quality and workmanship was world class. Also, their partners were professional as well. We are very satisfied with the outcome and look forward to other projects in the futur

Golden Rule really does a wonderful job, start to finish. They pay attention to your needs/wishes, putting every effort into fulfilling them and their communication is excellent. Every single person that I dealt with along the way was very friendly and supportive; they took the time to explain anything you didn’t fully understand and answered questions patiently. It is obvious that they have a wealth of experience and are wonderful with designing solutions for any scenario you may have.
