Spencer did an excellent job repairing two toilets, and helping me with winterizing outside spickets and showing where the shut-offs are since I am new at all of this. Great service, honest, and reliable. Came out quickly to assess the issue and was able to fix it right away. Left the area clean and told us how to prevent the problem in the future. He was courteous and a genuinely nice guy.
