Highly unprofessional, unreliable, demeaning. Last year, I used this lawn service with no issues. I paid the agreed upon price each time and they showed up like clockwork every two weeks and sent me a picture of my “paid” receipt. Fast forward to this year. For the first three mowings of the season at both properties, everything was fine. Then, all of a sudden, he declared that I have been underpaying him and he would need me to immediately pay back-pay to move forward…mind you, this was for transactions that had already occurred, for which I had already received documentation that it was paid in full. I attempted to explain how/why this is unprofessional and bizarre…the result, he sent me $120 as an apology. I thought. Again, fast forward to more highly bizarre and unprofessional b
