Gordon's Heating & Cooling

I knew the owner of his company and he was competent and professional. However, the person running the company now is just using his name and is anything but competent. He was going to get a ladder and go up three floors to look at my “capacitor. “ which isn’t in the outside. I told him to check the thermostat wires and that’s exactly what solved the problem.. I solved the problem myself and had to pay him.

Phil was great! Very straight forward and fair. I had to have my furnace and ac replaced. They were awesome and professional. They did everything in two days and I highly recommend Phil and his guys. Shout out to Max and Eric too.

Phil did a quick and outstanding repair on my furnace. With an extreme cold snap happening for the next week, Gordon's was efficient in getting my furnace up and running. HATS OFF TO PHIL!

Phil, was terrible had terrible attitude, very impatient, took a loose thermostat left wire twisted with no date on returning, I would never recommend this Guy to anyone.but Home serve took good care of us sent us out a excellent company Geisel Heating and cooling great company. Highly recommend.
