Gordon's Pool Service

First off who reviews their own company for better ratings as you see below. Be careful of great photos you see on social media, they don't belong to this company. Hired Gordon to replace my pool liner and pump. Liner went well. Pump did not it leaked and he came out 2/3 times to tighten bolts, scratch his head, then decided to caulk the pump shut which is not the smartest move at all. The pump still continued to leak, I asked for it to be warrantied then he said it was a year old and out of warranty. He should have honored the warranty since he had been here trying to fix it in that year. He never fixed it and stopped returning my calls. I would not recommend. Gordon put in a pool for me with a 3 level retaining wall just like I wanted. He even leveled and hooked up my spa next to the pool. He started working immediately and had it done on no time. His prices are very fair and affordable. He knows pools and has built pools his whole life. He’s local and when I text him, he is always available that day or the next. He quickly comes out and fixes any problems with the water, the pump, the liner, anything. I’ve also used Gordon for another pool where I had a liner issue from another pool company that wouldn’t fix their mess. He came out quickly and saved my pool from being destroyed from water behind the liner. It was a nightmare and he jumped right in and drained my pool, pumped all the water from behind the liner, fixed all the styrofoam padding

Great service helped us find a leak that the first pool company missed they found one leak in a pipe had to dig up the pool deck replace the pipe pour a new slab charged us $3,000 and then ignored my subsequent phone calls that the pool was still leaking for almost a month, in that time Gordon had come out inspected everything came back several times each week to check on progress to find the leak ,excellent customer service. He also helped us find an electrician to replace a wire to the pool pump that had burned out ,this guy knows everyone.

We LOVE the pool Gordon installed for us! He had it completed in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend!
