So impressed! Thank you Gormley!!! These things always seem to happen at the worst possible time. Our water heater went out right when we had family staying with us, and I was quite worried. When I phoned them, the young woman who answered the phone was so kind and patient and really put me at ease they could resolve my crisis. She understood how urgent the situation was and was able to get me an appointment the very same day I called, which I was so grateful for. The technician arrived on time, explained everything in a way I could understand and that was wonderful. The new water heater was installed lickity split. Gormley Plumbing was easy to work with from start to finish. Plumbing issues are never fun, but it helps to have a local company that’s responsive and professional. The woman who scheduled my appointment was polite and helpful, and the technician arrived on time and clearly explained the work before getting started. Pricing felt fair for the service provided. I’ve also used their parts counter in the past and have always found the staff knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, a solid local business.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Called you guys to try to find and purchase a part for work, Kaitlyn (i think that was her name) answered the phone and 'tried' to transfer me to their parts person which immediately ended the call, after calling back Kaitlyn was immediately aggressive and unprofessional, she told me she would have their parts person call me when they got a chance which is understandable, however, I was looking for something immediately as I was trying to get the part within the hour, I tried to say "thank you but I'll have to look elsewhere" but was hung up on before I could even finish my sentence. Incredibly disappointed that this is how she treats customers and is a very bad look for the company.

This is a great company. Bill is a straight shooter. These guys are fortunate to have him on the team. He is super skilled

Had Gormley out to repair a leak under the house, paid them for their time and parts only to have to have them come back out to fix “a new leak” that was somehow only a few inches away from the other one. Super convenient way to double charge for something that was caught the day after the repair by the water remediation company. I’ll be filing a complaint with the contractors board since they won’t admit they didn’t fix it right the first time and give me a refund on the second visit. Will go without water before using them again.
