I was very impressed with Alex and his team. They were in charge of templating our countertops. Because of some issues they needed to come out 3 times, never making me or my contractors feel bad. They came yesterday to install. There were a few issues that initially had me very nervous, but they addressed and fixed each thing with confidence and professionalism. All along the process, I appreciated Alex's timely communication. Chris the manager at the office was very helpful and exceedingly patient with me as he explained the final layout. Howard who was in charge of cutting was equally kind and helpful. The entire countertop detail was the most stressful from the beginning.
