We had our kitchen countertop installed several years ago. At first we loved it, but after a few years it became dull and was not smooth anymore. I called to have someone come out just to look at it and see what could be - they wanted to charge me an outragious amount of money just to look at it. I was not going to pay that kind of money - It is suppose to have a quarantee. So we are very disappointed in the company and the product and would not suggest it to anyone. I have alot of counter space and I am now stuck with this. I am a very unhappy .dissatisfied customer. There customer service is terrible.

I loved working with this company from my first visit to the showroom to the in-home sales call with samples to the actual work crew. everyon one was so professional and helpful. Josh and John, the installers, were so hard-working, polite, and perfectionists. The product itself is also very high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

Schedule an appointment for them to come out and measure and give me a quote for new countertop. Even sent copy of the kitchen design. Not only did they not show up for the appointment, they did not even call to say they were not coming or attempt to reschedule. Call the next business day and left a message and still no return call. After reading some of the comments I've decided to go with another company that guaranteed the countertop would be installed within a week.

Fantastic experience from the initial appointment to the installation! The gentleman that came was full of information and very helpful in selecting the design. The measuring and installation were quick and clean. Each person we dealt with was incredibly professional and friendly.
